A bit of self-disclosure: I suffer from extreme anxiety to the point of panic attacks. A companion to anxiety and panic attacks is depression. Through the years, I have tried every therapy known. What does that have to do with candles?

In my worst moments, my blood pressure rises. I can’t breathe comfortably, and my head hurts. Referencing a previous blog, Top 10 Benefits of Candles, scents can trigger parts of the brain responsible for emotions and memories.
